What consumes a credit?
Charges are tied to explicit operations, never page views, edits, builds, or downloads. Optional AI completion always asks first.

Do monthly credits roll over?
No. Subscription credits reset at the next paid billing period. Registration credits and purchased credit-pack balances never expire.
Which balance is spent first?
MakeFont spends recurring monthly credits first, then permanent credits. A fifty-credit profile-slot purchase may atomically use both balances.
Can I keep profiles after cancellation?
Yes. Existing profiles remain editable, buildable, and downloadable. Cancellation only changes subscription features and the capacity available for new profiles.
When does an upgrade take effect?
An upgrade is applied after the prorated payment succeeds. MakeFont adds the credit difference and new capacity exactly once from a verified payment event.
When does a downgrade take effect?
Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the next renewal. Your existing profiles are not deleted even if their count exceeds the future base capacity.
Can unused purchases be refunded?
A completely unused purchase may be reviewed for a manual refund within applicable legal periods. Recognition, optional AI use, or a newly occupied paid profile means the entitlement has been used.
Does a plan include commercial font rights?
No. V1 does not promise commercial usage, originality, exclusivity, copyright ownership, or trademark eligibility. You must have rights to uploaded material and assess the intended use.
Does the credit pack add profiles?
The pack adds one hundred permanent credits only. You may spend fifty of those credits on a permanent profile slot, but the pack does not change base capacity automatically.
